Rolston Cordner is the Director of Data Strategy and Special Projects at Master Builders Kingdom Leadership Academy, bringing over 30 years of experience in data analytics, strategic planning, and enterprise management. Previously, Rolston served as a Senior Data Analyst and currently as a Data Management Specialist with the Broward County School Board District, where he led the implementation of an AI-powered dashboard recommendation system that increased user engagement by 90%. His professional background also includes leadership roles at Travelers Insurance, work in residential and commercial real estate, and data management for the National Council on Compensation Insurance (NCCI).
Rolston holds an A.A.S. in Design Technology from the City University of New York, a B.Sc. in Construction Engineering Technology from the State University of New York, and a Master’s degree in Technology and Design from Jones International University. He has also served as a lecturer at Palm Beach Community College, Broward College, ITT Technical Institute, and Lincoln College of Technology.
