Pastor Kim Parks is the Founder, Chair, and chief architect of Master Builders Kingdom Leadership Academy, providing visionary leadership, academic oversight, and curriculum design for the academy’s Kingdom-centered leadership development work. She brings a rare integration of theological depth, public management expertise, and instructional design, grounding MBKLA in uncompromising Kingdom principles while maintaining academic rigor and operational excellence.

Kim holds a Master of Science in Public Management and a Master’s degree in Theology, credentials that inform her approach to organizational leadership, governance, and biblically sound formation. As the architect of MBKLA, she designs all curriculum frameworks, course pathways, leadership assessments, and instructional standards, ensuring alignment with Kingdom Mindedness and the academy’s theological foundation.

She is a Certified Online Course Creator and Facilitator, Certified Training Facilitator, and Certified Adjunct Instructor through Mercer University and Arise Virtual Solutions, applying adult-learning theory, competency-based instruction, and leadership science to Kingdom formation.
