Ezra Pryor is the Co-Founder and Vice Chair of Master Builders Kingdom Leadership Academy, overseeing the financial, operational, and strategic infrastructure of the organization. He leads with a strong commitment to fiscal integrity, transparency, and building systems capable of withstanding public scrutiny as MBKLA advances its Kingdom mandate.

With a background in banking and finance, Ezra brings disciplined, risk-aware stewardship to the academy, establishing the financial and compliance frameworks that support long-term sustainability, donor confidence, and grant readiness. He also directs MBKLA’s branding and digital presence, ensuring that the academy’s public voice, messaging, and media strategy reflect clarity, consistency, and Kingdom credibility.

Working closely with the Founder and Executive Director, Ezra supports governance, institutional planning, and internal systems development, helping safeguard MBKLA’s integrity as it grows.
